We at ARR understand how children can complete a family. Since 1992, we have successfully matched thousands of egg donors and gestational surrogates with intended parents, and we cherish the connections that have been made and the children who have been born.

Egg donation

• Every potential donor first fills out a comprehensive medical and personal questionnaire.
• Every potential donor is interviewed in person by a licensed registered nurse.
• An independent licensed clinical psychologist evaluates every potential donor.
• A licensed registered nurse facilitates the relationship between your donor and your fertility center.
• ARR prepares all legal documents.

Once you choose a donor through our agency, we are with you 100 percent. That means that if your donor cycle does not proceed, through no fault of yours, we will rematch you at no additional charge, and unlike most agencies, we will pay for the additional psychological screening, donor legal fees, and insurance costs associated with the subsequent cycle.

Gestational surrogacy

• Every potential gestational surrogate first fills out a 15-page questionnaire and submits her obstetrical records for review.
• Every candidate obtains approval from her physician prior to meeting with your reproductive endocrinologist.
• Every potential candidate meets in person with a licensed registered nurse.
• An independent licensed clinical psychologist evaluates every potential candidate.
• A licensed registered nurse facilitates the relationship between your gestational surrogate and your fertility center.
• ARR prepares all legal documents.
• ARR helps to foster the relationship between gestational surrogates and intended parents throughout their journey.
