There’s a lot more to gestational surrogacy than just being a receptacle for donated sperm and, nine months later, handing off the newborn for a substantial fee. Unfortunately, that’s the myth that’s often perpetuated in popular culture, and one we work to dispel with surrogacy candidates as well as with intended parents.
